Rather I would like to add more items to what u have listed-
1. Its wrong for EB2 filers to find/marry a us citizen. That will be unethical of them to do as they will be jumping lines. Because u would be unable to do if u would have married non-citizen..so based on GCTest's logic please dont marry us citizen or if u have marriued continue to only use you EB2 application for processing :-)
2. Also people who are now planning of using EB5 (assuming u have now saved/gather enough money). So EB2, EB3 or other people u have been saving money and are now thinking of risking ur money/career/life on EB5 filing..please dont do that...because that will be unethical.....u r doing it bcos u now have money. Per GCTest's logic u did not having money u filed ur EB2 or EB3 application so if u have money now...dont try to use it.

It is very easy to contradict or find errors.
No body is getting paid here to have a tester test it. Yes I like the idea of donor for paid members. There are 31000 members not even 2500 members are contributing. This is one way of making them pay for the services or the info you get from the forum.
I support you reddymjm. It is easy to criticize. Every one should understand this. I was supporting paid forums from the begining. Nothing comes FREE in this world.
Many of my known people who are paid as much as me or even more do not even think of contributing any amount. But they keep questioning when do we get green cards.

I don't think he is compromising but he is listing the potential problems that we face...and I am sure that he is living life to the fullest in his way. and I agree that because of GC ..we face some issues in travel ..in other words ..a bit of tension is always there about AP / H1 stamping etc. for e.g. if I had GC then most likely I would have gone for longer and even unpaid vacations every year ..but because of GC ...I have to be more careful (for the better I guess).

I think they will apply spillover only in the last quarter (July-sept 2010). Nothing will happen till July. And even in the last quarter, significant jump would be only in sept.

It is April new numbers for the quarter will be available.My guess is EB2 I will move beyond April 1 2004.Once it crossess 2004 then it will be almost in 2006 not many cases in 2005.

I have been calling the list of Senators - and some of them say they do not support amnesty. I do talk about high skilled immigrants (from pappu's brief). My question is how do I make the distinction between the two groups without sounding that I am being against the undocumented?
Appreciate your help on this as I continue calling the Senators. Thanks

"For last 10 years there has been no High-skilled immigration bill passed by the Congress. The world has changed in last 10 years. I understand that the Senator is a champion for creating more jobs in America. Employment based green cards will create jobs in America. I want to start my own company and hire people in America. But I cannot do that if I don't have a green card.
I would sincerely request you to please convey to the Senator if he would consider supporting some version of the immigration bill
giving more weight to green cards and creating jobs in America, or maybe the Senator could lead the effort for improving the proposal"
Please always end the call on a cordial note thanking the Staff member.

I am happy to send out this letter. Have done this before but I wanted to know if IV core supports our efforts in sending this letter. Please pardon me, I am not trying to qs the validity of this letter or anything else with this but I haven't heard or read anything from IV core regarding the EB-3 I plight and their course of action (again excuse me if I have misjudged).
